Let me tell you about my Mocha cake. It’s a popular flavour of cake that’s very close to my heart. Growing up, my godmother used to send me a birthday cake every year. It was delicious, moist, and has an authentic taste of coffee flavour. The memory of receiving a birthday cake as a child was very sweet so I thought of satisfying the kid in me by recreating the recipe. Just the smell of the icing brings nostalgia. Mocha cake may sound simple but Attwood’s Kitchen offers a special one. ❤️
