Terms and Conditions
- All food products are made to order with love, care, and quality.
- Baking is offered on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
- Orders must be placed before 6:00pm Tuesday each week to be guaranteed. This cut-off allows me to plan, shop, and prepare each bake with the time and care it deserves.
- Orders received after the cut-off may not be fulfilled due to schedule limits. This ensures every item is baked with quality and care.
- While I may occasionally be able to accommodate requests outside my regular baking days (Thursdays to Saturdays), I cannot guarantee availability.

Message Response Policy
Please note that I respond to messages during my scheduled hours only. Mon-Fri(10am-6pm), Sat(8am-3pm). Messages received outside of these hours may not receive an immediate response due to family and other work commitments. All messages will be addressed during the next available working period.
Thank you for your cooperation. - Attwood's Kitchen is closed on public holidays.
- We do not cater to special dietary requirements. I use ingredients that contain traces of dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten.
- We are not responsible for any damage after the product has been handed over to you. Kindly inspect the cake during hand-over.
- If you would like to collect the cake. We kindly ask you to inspect the cake before you leave our premises. Please make sure you place the cake box in a flat and secure space in your vehicle. We respectfully advise that Attwood's Kitchen will not be held liable for any transport damages to the cake after the product has been handed over to you.
