Terms and Conditions

1. All food items are made to order and is subject to my availability. 
2. Attwood's Kitchen do not operate on public holidays.
3. We do not cater to special dietary requirements. I use ingredients which contain traces of dairy, eggs, nuts, and gluten.
4. We are not responsible for any damage after the product has been handed over to you. Kindly inspect the cake during hand-over. 
5. If you would like to collect the cake. We kindly ask you to inspect the cake before you leave our premises. Please make sure you place the cake box in a flat and secure space in your vehicle. We respectfully advise that Attwood's Kitchen will not be held liable for any transport damages to the cake after the product has been handed over to you.
6. Product, prices, and schedule are subject to change without notice. 
7. Making the payment is your signature to these terms & conditions.
