Delivery and Pick-up Policy

Attwood Road Pick-up

The pick-up location is on Attwood Road, Paremoremo, Auckland, North Shore. The exact location will be advised upon order confirmation.
Pick-up hours from Attwood Road is between 3:00pm - 6:00pm. For security reasons, I don't allow pickups later than 6:00pm. You're welcome to collect your order on the following day.
There's a free car park on-site for our patrons. Please feel free to drive-in and park your vehicle in our driveway. There is space to turn around.
We kindly ask you to inspect the cake before you leave our premises. Please make sure you place the cake box in a flat and secure space in your vehicle. Please don’t put anything on top of the cakes.
We respectfully advise that Attwood's Kitchen will not be held liable for any transport damages to the cake after the product has been handed over to you.

Delivery

Delivery fees apply to all deliveries.
I currently only service the North Shore area. Particularly the Glenfield and Albany area. Subject to agreement.
Please ensure that someone is at home to accept your order.
If the contact person is unavailable to accept our calls within the specified timeframe, we will wait up to 15 minutes at your property. However, if no one answers, we will do our best to leave the product in the safest place possible. For food safety reasons, we will not be held liable for any damage thereafter. (Eg, ants getting into the products, rain damage, heat damage, stray cats & dogs accessing your products, etc).
Courier request is not available, but you are welcome to use the UBER delivery service at your own cost & risk. Attwood's Kitchen will not be held liable for any transport damages to the product after it has been handed over to the driver.
