Delivery and Pick-up Policy
Attwood Road Pick-up
- The pick-up location is on Attwood Road, Paremoremo, Auckland, North Shore. The exact location will be advised upon order confirmation.
- Pick-up hours from Attwood Road is between 3:00pm - 6:00pm. For security reasons, I don't allow pickups later than 6:00pm. You're welcome to collect your order on the following day.
- There's a free car park on-site for our patrons. Please feel free to drive-in and park your vehicle in our driveway. There is space to turn around.
- If you would like to collect the cake. We kindly ask you to inspect the cake before you leave our premises. Please make sure you place the cake box in a flat and secure space in your vehicle. Please don’t put anything on top of the cakes.
We respectfully advise that Attwood's Kitchen will not be held liable for any transport damages to the cake after the product has been handed over to you.
Delivery
- Delivery fees apply to all deliveries.
- I only service the Auckland area.
- Delivery times are from 5:00pm-7:00pm.
- Please make sure somebody is at home from 5:00pm-7:00pm to accept your order.
If the contact person is unavailable to accept our calls within the above timeframe, we will wait up to 15 minutes at your property but if no one answers, we will try our best to leave the product in the safest place possible. For food safety reasons, we will not be held liable for any damage thereafter. (Eg; ants getting into the products, rain damage, heat damage, stray cats & dogs accessing your products, and etc...). - Courier request is not available.
If our delivery policy doesn’t meet your requirement, you are welcome to collect your order from Attwood Road.
If you need to reschedule, kindly contact me in advance before 48hours of the order due date.
No refund or credit will be given if notice is within 48 hours as it has taken administration time and production has already started.
