Attwood's Kitchen
Caramel Custard Profiteroles
Caramel Custard Profiteroles
The creme puff was Attwood’s kitchen’s first dessert that was made. It was already served to my family even before my popular Goldilocks-inspired cake made its debut.
The menu Attwood’s Kitchen put together was inspired by childhood memory cravings.
Growing up in a subdivision called BF Homes in the Philippines, I remember that there was a popular bakery nearby. My mom used to take us to that bakery and would always buy my sister and I profiteroles. It became my childhood favorite dessert. I fell in love at first bite.
Reminiscing about my childhood’s sweet memory, I wanted to recreate the recipe for my family. I would want my son to have a memory to hold on to like what I had as well. And right now, I want to share my joy with you. You can trust my taste for desserts; sugar is my middle name.
If you’re a fan of the famous Japanese choux bun, Attwood Kitchen’s Creme Puff will definitely satisfy your craving.
